Gabriela Baumeister is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New Mexico. She brings a unique blend of skills to address injury and chronic health concerns to enhancing her client’s health and well-being.

In her bodywork, Gabriela takes an integrative approach by combining medical massage (including deep tissue and myofascial release), structural integration, and various other manual therapy techniques. By addressing muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments, joints, and the skeletal system itself, Gabriela is able to help her clients promote musculoskeletal balance, enhance athletic performance, and in the end discover their natural state of health.

With over twentytwo years experience in bodywork, Gabriela works with clients in both Los Alamos and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
